People in all parts of the world make money working from home. And more and more people are doing so by using private label rights (PLR) products.

Products and services created with PLR materials are bought and sold daily in nearly every niche market imaginable from the pet industry, to weddings, to work at home, finance, cooking, healthcare, self improvement and a lot more other areas. Just head to eBay and you’ll run into no shortage of auctions going on made at least in part from PLR content.

In short, there’s never been a better time to make money with a PLR business. And there’s no better way to get your own business going than to learn tried-and-true tips from someone one who’s been there, done that.

So to help you get started and grow your own PLR business, here are some tips:

1) Start with free help from library books and places online like the Small Business Administration (http://SBA.gov) on topics like: work at home, home-based business, basic business (and marketing) plans. Also research books, magazines and other industry publications (trade journals, newsletters, ezines, etc.) that cover your favorite niches for ideas on what sells best that you could package out of your PLR content for the general public or your target audience.

2) Next research different types of business opportunities within your favorite niche for ideas on what you want to sell: products, services or both – all packaged with your PLR content. For example, you could create reports, guides, tutorials, for starters. Start book marking online sites that may become competitors and those that may be sources for you (like wholesale companies with products you could package along with your reports or guides).

3) Seek out and bookmark online sites that boast helpful business and niche articles, tips and resources, too. You might find great ezines or print newsletters and niche reports and other information to sign up for, giving you ideas on what to offer your target audience using your PLR content as a basis and adding to it, making it unique.

4) Look for networking sites to book mark next: forums for your niche industry, for Internet marketers, for home-based business people, etc. You want to build a network so that you can find help and resources plus give back to the community, too, helping others along the way.

5) Become a lifelong student of affiliate marketing tactics and strategies. Always be on the lookout for affiliate products or services you could package with your PLR content for making money. And think about setting up your own affiliate marketing program, too, based upon the rules of your PLR license.

Become a lifelong student of the PLR business. Increasing your knowledge of the PLR industry means growing your PLR business. And that’s a win-win.

Luca Sigurtà

Il biellese Luca Sigurtà, appassionato di field-recordings e suoni trovati, approcia la musica elettronica sul finire degli anni ’90. Nel 1999-2000 debutta con tre EP autoprodotti, seguiti da "La sindrome di Stoccolma", un lavoro distribuito da S’Agita Recordings. Nel 2002 comincia la sua collaborazione con il regista Manuele Cecconello che porta alla pubblicazione di un interessante CD-Rom e prosegue tutt’ora dal vivo. Il suo primo album a lunga durata intitolato "La vera macchina d’argento" è stato pubblicato nel 2004 da Afe / S’agita Recordings. L’etichetta portoghese Creative Sources Recordings ha pubblicato "Pocket Progressive", un’improvvisazione registrata con Fhievel e Claudio Rocchetti. Fhievel

Luca Bergero nasce nel 1980. Se gli studi in ingegneria elettronica hanno contribuito all’avvicinamento verso il suono algoritmico, hanno allo stesso tempo generato il suo caratteristico dualismo estetico spingendolo verso il rumorismo. Membro di Cooperazione Bowman con Luca Sigurtà, Manuele Cecconello e Davide Bernardi, realizza installazioni audio/video. Il suo "Vetri di carta" è stato prodotto da S’agita Recordings, mentre lo scorso Febbraio l’etichetta portoghese Creative Sources Recordings ha pubblicato "Pocket Progressive", un’improvvisazione registrata con Luca Sigurtà e Claudio Rocchetti. Manuele Cecconello

Manuele Cecconello è nato a Vercelli nel 1969. Dopo una prima esperienza nell’ambito della formazione all’audiovisivo per soggetti disabili, intraprende un percorso professionale che intreccia cultura visiva e creatività, didattica e marketing culturale. Dirige per tre anni una casa editrice allestendo un nutrito catalogo ripartito tra Storia e Critica del Cinema, Cultura regionale del Piemonte e Enogastronomia. Le nuove tecnologie per la comunicazione diventano il motore principale per dare una svolta alla preesistente e pluriennale attività di fotografo free lance, esercitata attraverso committenze pubbliche e private e inizialmente specializzatasi nella riproduzione di opere d’arte, nella ritrattistica e nel reportage. È questo il momento in cui l’attività artistica – dipanatasi tra fotografia e cinema sperimentale – entra in simbiosi con il mercato professionale, dando avvio a Prospettiva Nevskij, la società di Cecconello che realizza produzioni audiovisive per l’arte, la natura e il territorio. Punck

Punck è lo pseudomino scelto dal ravennate Adriano Zanni per il proprio progetto musicale nato alla fine degli anni ’90 e basato su tessiture sonore ottenute attraverso software, sorgenti acustiche di diversa natura e provenienza, create digitalmente oppure catturate con microfoni a contatto e field-recordings. Adriano è titolare di Ctrl+Alt+Canc, una net-label dedicata alla diffusione di suoni elettronici con alle spalle diverse pubblicazioni importanti, tra cui ricordiamo OvO, Sinistri, Sawako e Logoplasm. Il suo primo CD a lunga durata è stato pubblicato nel 2005 su Ctrl+Alt+Canc / Afe. Punck è attualmente impegnato nelle fasi finali della realizzazione del suo nuovo disco. [http://www.punck.net/]

Sparkle In Grey

Sparkle in Grey, è un progetto solista di Hue (conosciuto anche come Der Einzige e Normality/Edge) a base di ritmiche e melodie di stampo elettronico unite all’uso di field-recordings; oggi è anche un progetto aperto che vede la collaborazione di ulteriori musicisti impegnati nell’uso di strumenti quali chitarra, basso e batteria. I componenti di Sparkle In Grey al momento sono Hue, Alberto Carozzi (anche nei Yakudoshi), Cris (Norm) e Stefano De Ponti (Baise|Noir e Passo Uno). Negli ultimi mesi il gruppo è stato impegnato nel presentare il proprio live-set e a preparare “A Quiet Place”, un disco composto da ritmiche minimali, melodie malinconiche, field-recordings e rumori come nel solito stile Sparkle in Grey. Nonostante molti dischi siano stati da tempo registrati, al momento l’unico lavoro disponibile è “The Echoes of Thiiings”, pubblicato nel 2005 su Afe. [http://www.greysparkle.com/]

Logoplasm

I Logoplasm nascono nel 2001 sulla scia di troppi fumetti e tarde notti spese a discorrere di buchi neri, tunnel temporali ed anomalie quantistiche. Si propongono di usare il loro apparato sonoro come blocco di appunti o diario, tramite l’utilizzo becero di registrazioni ambientali e masse di rumore come docce per il cervello. Il loro background sonoro si situa tra le urla ed il feedback, nei campi ed i grilli e le cicale e l’occasionale civetta e volpe. Erano in quattro e dal 2005 sono solo in due. Non gestiscono più l’etichetta S’agita Recordings. Ed hanno passato molto tempo nascosti tra le foglie, per uscire respirando come sempre con in testa troppe parole. [http://www.logoplasm.org/]

Fausto Balbo

Fausto Balbo si avvicina alla musica imparando a suonare la chitarra elettrica. Nel 1988 fonda i Jesus Went to Jerusalem, quartetto dedito ad hardcore, hardrock e funk. Chiusa questa esperienza matura un notevole interesse verso l’elettronica e insieme a Simone Basso forma i Der Tod, una band di culto dal suono a metà strada tra metal e new wave. La passione per l’elettronica aumenta di pari passo all’interesse per altri strumenti musicali, il suo primo CD solista intitolato “Zero” viene pubblicato dalla siciliana Snowdonia nel 2000, seguito a distanza di cinque anni dal più recente “Falbo”. Contemporaneamente alla propria attività solista, collabora da anni con Mark Iacona al progetto "Marfaus" di cui è stato recentemente pubblicato un CD. [http://www.snowdonia.it/bandfaustobalbo.htm]

Vito Morano

Vito Morano da una decina d´anni ricerca nel campo del movimento libero e controllato. Dopo alcune esperienze in piccole scuole di teatro locali, decide di scegliere la strada dell´espressione corporea con a base l´improvvisazione. Nel 2000 partecipa ad alcuni laboratori tenuti dalla compagnia teatrale Living theatre. Nel 2001 entra a far parte del Living Theatre con il quale partecipa alle giornate del G8 a Genova e poi mette in scena, tra l´altro, "Resistenza", ricostruzione storica, fisico-corale, della resistenza partigiana nella provincia di Alessandria. Nel 2002 a Tabor (Repubblica Ceca) partecipa ad un laboratorio lungo un mese di danza Butoh con il danzatore giapponese Rijuzo Fukuhara. Inizia poi a sperimentare performances individuali e a collaborare con Fausto Balbo. Attualmente fa’ parte di una piccola compagnia teatrale con sede ad Imperia che sta portando in giro uno spettacolo contro la privatizzazione dell´acqua; organizza inoltre eventi politico-artistici, tiene laboratori sul Movimento Libero e pratica Tai-Chi-Chuan. Ha infine da poco scritto e autoprodotto un libretto dal titolo "Il buco quadrato – Autobiografia di una scelta". [no url]

Late in the afternoon on the last day in March 2009, I walked into Bryant Park, which is located behind the New York Public Library, between 41st and 42nd Street, facing Avenue of the Americas. There were several people reading and basking in the sun, a couple people typing on their laptop computers, and one chess game underway. I spent about half an hour wandering around to see what looked photo-worthy, and then wandered off to get some dinner…
